Technical Specifications

The final solar solution comprised 45 AIKO 450W solar panels, strategically distributed with 15 panels on each roof. This bespoke configuration was essential to accommodate the different roofing materials and ensure optimal energy generation. Complementing these panels were a robust 6KW Growatt Hybrid Inverter and two batteries for each roof.

Energy consumption and storage

The property’s annual energy consumption stood at 34,000KWH. With our solar installation, the homeowner is projected to generate 25,733KWH annually. Additionally, the installation included six batteries with a total capacity of 39KW. The homeowner can leverage the Octopus Intelligent tariff, allowing for strategic charging during the specified window of 11:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This smart charging option significantly enhances energy autonomy.

comprehensive INSTALLATION

Executing the installation in September 2023 presented its own set of challenges, including managing substantial cabling. However, our team implemented a meticulous approach to conceal all cables, ensuring a seamless aesthetic integration with the property. A dedicated fuse box for each roof and the integration of the Growatt Smart Energy Meter facilitated effective communication between the three inverters, enhancing system efficiency.
